Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Service

Ecom Store Manager (“ESM”) provides software to help e-commerce sellers manage their marketplace stores — including order synchronization, listing and catalog management, shipping-label generation and reporting — by connecting to marketplace APIs that you authorize.

2. Accounts & authorization

You are responsible for the accuracy of the marketplace credentials and authorizations you provide, and for all activity under your account. You must only connect marketplace accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You may disconnect an account or request deletion at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use ESM in compliance with all applicable laws and with the policies of the connected marketplaces (including Walmart and Amazon Acceptable Use and Data Protection policies). You will not misuse buyer data or use the service to send unsolicited communications.

4. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Buyer personal information accessed through marketplace APIs is used solely to fulfill the related orders.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for marketplace outages, API limitations, or third-party carrier issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
